Conditions of Use of Online Portals and Legal Restrictions
WARNING: Please read the following conditions carefully before using the ForGuest websites. Using the websites implies acceptance of the conditions outlined below; if you do not accept them, do not use the internet services offered by ForGuest.

Use of Websites and Web Services
ForGuest authorizes the viewing and downloading of documents available on its websites, unless otherwise specified, for personal purposes, or for commercial purposes if authorized, provided that copyright and property rights rules are respected. Modifications, reproductions, or transmission of the uploaded content are not permitted. Use of the content on other websites or through other forms of communication is prohibited without prior authorization from ForGuest. The ForGuest Apps or Web Apps are subject to specific regulations published at the time of registration and in the dedicated sections.

Limitation of Liability
ForGuest shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of profits, data, or business interruptions, arising from the use or inability to use its services or products, or from the content or information of any kind present on or transmitted through its websites. The software is made available ‘as is,’ and it is the client’s responsibility to verify whether it is suitable—in terms of modules, content, and service delivery—for their specific needs.

Disclaimer of Liability
All services and products are provided from Italy and therefore follow the applicable local laws. In cases where the law does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, the provisions in this paragraph shall not apply. The content, including software and services available through ForGuest’s software and websites, is provided without any warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ForGuest does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of materials, software, or services provided on its websites and may make changes to them at any time. Some content may not be up to date, and ForGuest does not assume any obligation to update it. The information provided may also refer to data that is not available in certain countries.

Use of Software
ForGuest software, unless otherwise specified, is protected by copyright. Use of the software is subject to the contractual conditions specified in the published terms, which must be acknowledged before use. By using the applications, users implicitly accept these contractual conditions. Reproduction or redistribution of the software is prohibited, except where specific resale authorizations have been granted by ForGuest or as permitted under the specific contractual conditions.
The software may be delivered from different server platforms controlled by ForGuest, which reserves the right to strategically position its offerings in the market based on optimal usage, convenience, and functionality as evaluated by ForGuest for effective service delivery.
Use of ForGuest software and web services (online applications owned by ForGuest) is provided under an annual usage license, which includes and is linked to support services, and is renewable where applicable, subject to payment of the fee specified in the contract, to be paid in advance each year to cover the services provided by ForGuest.

Contract Termination
Licenses for the use of Software in the form of SaaS (Software as a Service) are granted by ForGuest on an annual basis; automatic annual renewal is not provided. It is, however, possible to continue the service by paying the annual fee before the service expiration date. At the end of the term, without payment for renewal, it will not be possible to continue using the Software.
If payment is not received within 30 days after the natural expiration of the contract, ForGuest may suspend the service and delete any customer data and related information. ForGuest may also, in cases of legal violations by the customer, inappropriate content submission, or improper use of the platforms, unilaterally terminate the online service and remove all customer data from its applications, reserving the right to charge any applicable fees for early termination.

Links to Other Websites
Links on ForGuest websites are provided solely for the convenience of users. By using these links, you leave the ForGuest websites, which have not reviewed, manage, or take responsibility for the content of those external sites, and navigation is therefore at the user’s own risk.
Third-party websites may link to ForGuest sites, but they may not replicate the content, create an environment containing ForGuest content, make statements implying ForGuest’s opinions regarding third-party products or services, use ForGuest-owned trademarks, or feature content that is illegal, offensive, or deemed in poor taste.
