Guest Accommodation Service Receipts

In Italy, the transmission of guest arrivals to the Police Headquarters’ Guest Accommodation Service (Servizio Alloggiati) is required by law.
Legislative Decree No. 113 of October 4, 2018, converted into Law No. 132 of December 1, 2018, in Article 19-bis, clarified the obligations set forth in Article 109 of the TULPS regarding the registration and communication to the competent Police Headquarters of the personal details of guests staying in accommodation facilities.

ForGuest provides services and applications for data collection and storage, as well as transmission to the competent authorities. Starting in 2024, it also offers web services for the download of transmission receipts, which by law must be kept and stored by accommodation facilities for at least five years.

A cloud-based software is therefore available for clients (using any transmission method, including non-ForGuest), which dynamically downloads the receipts and stores them securely, and also allows saving a separate copy on the client’s Google Drive.

The software is available for activation by B&Bs, Holiday Homes, Guesthouses, Property Managers, Agencies, Hotels, Resorts, and Campsites.
